David James in a charity game of the stars
The star teams of Dimitar Berbatov and Luis Figo finished 3 : 3 in a great charity match, organized by the two great players, which took place in front of about 40,000 spectators at the “Vasil Levski” stadium.
The result was opened by David Trezeguet in the 4th minute, when he scored a phenomenal goal. Figo centered to the right of the Frenchman, who after a great shot with his left foot from volley did not leave a chance to David James. In the 9th minute Carlos Marchena scored an own goal for 1: 1, but in the 13th Trezeguet was again accurate after a pass from Salgado – 1: 2.
In the 30th minute Hristo Stoichkov gave his place to Martin Petrov and was sent off with applause.

At the beginning of the second half, the audience applauded the incoming Stilian Petrov.
In the 54th minute Shimao Sabrosa made 3: 2 for the team of Figo with a technical rebate, but in the 69th Robbie Keane restored the tie with his second goal after a perfect pass by Martin Petrov.
Two minutes later, the audience applauded the loudly played Luis Figo, who left the field.
