David James
David James is a professional goalkeeper for AFC Bournemouth and has also played for the England National team. David holds the record for the most Premier League appearances. David has been capped 53 times for England with his first appearance back in 1997.

Other achievements include winning the Football League Cup winners medal with Liverpool in 1995 and achieving a 142nd Premiership clean sheet beating David Seaman’s 141st clean sheet.
David has a hugely successful career having played for teams such as Watford, Liverpool, Aston Villa, West Ham, Manchester City, Portsmouth and now Bristol City.
He won a FA Cup winners medal with Portsmouth in 2008 and signed with Bristol City on the 30th of July 2010.

Affectionately known as ‘The Robins’ and founded in 1897, Bristol City F.C is one of two football league club in Bristol. The other is arch rivals Bristol Rovers.
